Hours:

Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. 24/7 support from our full time Board Certified physicians and APRN’s, Chaplains and Social Workers.

Position Description:

The RN Admissions Nurse reports to a Team Manager. The Admissions Nurse is responsible for educating, assessing and admission of potential patients/families. Upon patient/family admission, the Admissions Nurse will develop a Plan of Care and other necessary admission documentation. The Ideal Candidate Will Possess the

Following Requirements:

Current Kansas and Missouri RN license. Minimum of one year experience in caring for actively dying patients preferred. Home Health or Hospice experience preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Licensed drivers with reliable transportation and auto insurance. CPR certification required. Good interpersonal and communications skills are required.
