We provide you with professional training. We offer flexible schedules.

Job Duties:

Work one on one with client in their home. Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate and respiratory rate Observe client to identify progress, side-effects of medications and skin condition Monitor health conditions, including fluid intake and output Assist client in daily necessary activities such as eating and bathing Administer and document prescribed medications. Clean and dress wounds and assist with other basic medical care tasks Provide

AROM/PROM

Provide emotional and psychological support when needed Communicate with client’s family and Company Registered Nurse Hoyer experience required

Job Requirements:

• One year+ experience
• LPN License (active)

• Valid Driver’s License Other Requirements:

• Pass a Background Check
