Our Behavioral Health Services offer a structured, therapeutic environment for individuals experiencing psychiatric illness, behavioral disorders, or chemical dependency. PRN Position Requirements PRN nurses at Mercy play a vital role in supporting our care teams and patients. As a PRN RN, you’ll enjoy flexible scheduling while still being an integral part of our mission.
Requirements include:
A minimum of 36 hours per six-week scheduling period At least one 12-hour weekend shift per schedule (Friday 3 p.m.
- Monday 7 a.
m.) One summer and one winter holiday shift (12 hours each) annually
Qualifications Education :
Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
Licensure :
Active RN license in the state of Missouri; must meet all state board of nursing requirements
Certifications :
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the
American Heart Association Physical Requirements :
Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly Prolonged standing and walking during shifts Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed Ready to Make a Difference?
