Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and evaluate orientation and ongoing education programs for nursing staff Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility standards and policies Assess staff performance and provide coaching, mentoring, and support Coordinate in-service training, certifications, and continuing education Serve as a resource for infection control, clinical best practices, and emergency procedures

Qualifications:

Current RN or LPN Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or related setting Previous experience in staff development, training, or education preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to foster a positive, supportive learning environment Why Greenbriar?
