Job Details:

PurposeTo perform part-time researchintervention duties at the School of Nursing, under the supervisionof Dr. Wonshik Chee. This study is to investigate the promotion ofa web-app based physical activity program.

Responsibilities Weekly Interventions:

Conduct weekly interventions withparticipants via chat in Simplified Chinese or English.

Procedural Tasks:

Maintain a research diary, managecommunications for participant payments and Fitbit distribution,and coordinate with the Principal Investigator (PI), Coordinator,and peer interventionists.

Recruitment Activities:

Engage in recruitment activities tosupport the study.

Required Qualifications Licensure:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license within theU.S.

Language Proficiency:

Fluency in Mandarin and English (bothspoken and written)

Communication Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communicationskills

Technical Skills:

Basic proficiency in Zoom, MS Office,Microsoft Teams, etc.

Flexibility:

Ability to work according to participants’schedules in different time zones.

Salary Range$36.00 hourlyWorkingConditions Research interviews will be conducted remotely via chat and/orvideo call.

Work Shift Work hours vary based on patient interviewavailability.
