We are looking for a On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join ourHospice Team. Duties include telephone triage for calls coming inevery other weekend from Friday 5:00 p.m. through Monday8:00 a.m.

RN OR LPNRESPONSIBILITIES
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides skilled nursingcare to clients in their homes under the supervision of theDirector of Nursing, according to the physicians orders, meetingthe Hospice standards established by Medicare, within the scope oflicensure requirements and following established standards andpractices. Primary duties will include patient visits duringweekend hours, as needed, as well as possibleadmissions.
Hospice/Home Health experience and MatrixCare experiencea plus!
RN REQUIREMENTS
Current RN license to practice in the stateof operation.
Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience. Experiencein home health or hospice is preferred.
Current CPRcertification.
Schedule flexibility (this position requires weekendavailability) and travel required.
Ability to communicateeffectively verbally and in writing.
Must have valid driverslicense, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.#ACHbyJobble
