We are seeking a candidate with a strong clinical background, payer knowledge, and great communication skills. The Clinical Liaison (RN/LPN/Therapist) will be responsible for working with physicians, case managers, and patients’ families to assist in providing the best continuum of care for patients that require hospice care.
