We have an immediate opening for a Wound Care RN to serve our Methodist Specialty Care Center in Flowood.

Shift:

Full-time 7am

• 3pm Candidates must have: Valid RN license in the State of Mississippi, without restrictions BLS certification Wound Certification or obtain wound certification within six months of employment As a Wound Care RN MSCC you will: Apply scientific knowledge of the nursing process to solve nursing problems, and to provide direct care to residents with skin/wound disorders Work in collaboration with physicians to develop an effective plan of care and treatment protocol for residents with wounds and other skin related issues Maintain and record accurate and pertinent data and information in the medical record, specifically with detailed wound assessment according to policy Monitor effectiveness of treatment protocols and pressure off-loading We offer: Competitive pay A comprehensive, flexible, benefit package to all full-time employees (32 hours plus per week) Medical and dental coverage beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment 403b Retirement Life insurance
