The Clinical Nurse will provide high-quality patient care, assist with medical procedures, and ensure the accurate documentation of patient records. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive patient care by assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans. Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories in accordance with established protocols. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians while ensuring adherence to safety standards. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and improve health outcomes. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care strategies. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge. Skills Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to effectively assess patient conditions. Proficient in patient care techniques, ensuring comfort and safety for all patients. Familiarity with medical records management and documentation practices.
