Job Summary:

AuthoraCare Collective is seeking a skilled and self-directed Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week Home Health travel assignment. This position involves managing a caseload and delivering in-home nursing care to patients throughout the Burlington and Greensboro areas. Ideal candidates will be experienced in home health case management and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of Home Health case management experience

• Required Must be willing to manage a caseload
• Required Familiarity with the Burlington and Greensboro service areas
• Required Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient care in home health settings, including catheterization, IV insertion, and tube feeding.

Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR). Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective case management and care planning. Administer basic life support and manage airway as needed, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies.
