Overview:

•$8,000 Sign-on-Bonus for qualified candidates•The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality patient care andensures positive patient outcomes through the compassionate andefficient application of nursing knowledge. Working under generalsupervision, this role promotes professional nursing practice bycoordinating patient care through the nursing process andmultidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities:

•-Reviews patient needs and conditions todeliver nursing care in assigned unit to ensure that every patientreceives the direct and proper care needed.

Analyzes patientinformation, including medical history, diagnostic results, andcurrent condition, to develop individualized nursing careplans.

Prepares nursing processes, such as medication administrationand treatments to provide comprehensive and effective patientcare.

Reconciles medical records to ensure accuracy and compliancewith regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Evaluatespatient response to interventions and identifies any additionalinterventions needed to meet defined goals of care.

Collaborateswith interdisciplinary care team to ensure effective careplanning.
