Ennice, NC Registered Nurse Job Overview:
This position is for a Registered Nurse dedicated to providing comprehensive nursing care within a behavioral health setting. The role involves patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation, while actively contributing to a safe and therapeutic environment.1
Key Responsibilities:
Assessing the nursing care needs of patients. Developing and implementing individualized patient care plans. Evaluating the effectiveness of nursing interventions. Assisting in maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for patients. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, to be obtained before the completion of the orientation period. One year of experience in a Medical/Surgical or Behavioral Health unit is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification. Advanced Stroke Life Support (ASLS) certification.
