This position is for a Registered Nurse tasked with the comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. The role involves contributing to a supportive healthcare environment for patients.1
Key Responsibilities:
Assessing the overall care needs of patients. Planning and implementing nursing care interventions. Evaluating patient responses to care and adjusting plans as necessary. Delegating tasks appropriately to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Virginia or a compact state. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire. STABLE certification required within one year of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
One year of clinical nursing experience in critical care or medical/surgical settings. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification. Advanced Stroke Certification.
