Job Description:

As an OR RN, you’ll provide specialized carebefore, during, and after surgical procedures. You’ll ensuresurgical environments are sterile, patients are properly prepped,and surgical teams have the support they need for successfuloperations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in surgical proceduresas a scrub or circulating nurse
• Prepare and maintain a sterileoperating environment
• Monitor patients during surgery and respondto any emergencies
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists,and surgical techs
• Document all intraoperative care and maintainaccurate records
• Ensure equipment and instruments are properlysterilized and available

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Compactlicense preferred)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• CNORcertification preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years of recent OperatingRoom experience
• Strong knowledge of aseptic technique andsurgical safety protocols
