LPN on varying basis paired with Charge RN o Night Shift 1 Charge, 8RN s, 3 PCT s and a unit secretary. LPN on varying basis paired with Charge RN Patient Ratios Day Shift 1:5 with stretch 1:6; Night shift 1:6 with stretch of 1:7 Type of equipment Sky lifts, steady s, Tenor lift, as well as other lifts accessible if needed.
