Job Description:

As a PCU/Stepdown RN, you’ll care for patients whoare critically ill but stable enough to leave the ICU. You’llmonitor telemetry, administer complex medications, and respondquickly to changes in patient condition-all while playing a keyrole in patient recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and assess patients with high acuity needs Interpret and respond to cardiac telemetry and vitalsigns Administer medications, manage IV drips, and maintain careplans Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure safe,effective treatment Document interventions and patient progress accurately andpromptly

Requirements:

Active RN license (Compact license preferred) BLS and ACLS certifications required Minimum 1-2 years of recent PCU, Stepdown, or Telemetryexperience Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation and critical thinkingskills Experience with ventilator and drip management preferred Why Travel with ARMStaffing?
