IIJob Description:

As an ORRN, you’ll provide specialized care before, during, and aftersurgical procedures. You’ll ensure surgical environments aresterile, patients are properly prepped, and surgical teams have thesupport they need for successful operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in surgical procedures as a scrub or circulating nurse Prepare and maintain a sterile operating environment Monitor patients during surgery and respond to any emergencies Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgicaltechs Document all intraoperative care and maintain accurate records Ensure equipment and instruments are properly sterilized andavailable

Requirements:

Active RN license (Compact license preferred) BLS and ACLS certifications required CNOR certification preferred Minimum 1-2 years of recent Operating Room experience Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and surgical safetyprotocols Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly infast-paced settingsAt ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
