Job Summary and QualificationsWe are seeking anexperienced RN Clinical Coordinator for our hospital to ensure thatwe deliver exceptional care to our patients. You will works with staff to identifyeducational and equipment needs, coach and manage performanceskills and develop leadership potential. Under the direction ofDepartment Director, you will assist in clinical coaching andassure that orientation for employees is completed and inaccordance with policy. You will participate and support staff inproviding patient care by taking a patient assignment as neededduring emergent situations You will work with staff to identifyeducational and equipment needs, coach, manage performance skills,and develop leadership potential. In collaboration with yournursing team, you will ensure all nurse sensitive quality metrics(including Core Measures and HCAHPS) are maintained above theNational/ NDNQI benchmark through process improvement, reduction inpractice variation, and evidence based practice. You willdemonstrate clinical competence within the specialty Scope ofPractice.

Requirements:

Two years Registered Nurse experience.

Diploma or Associates Degree from a professional nursing program(required) BSN or current enrollment in a BSN program at anaccredited school of Nursing (preferred) Current licensure as an RNin the state of Virginia or current multi-state compact RN licensewith eligibility to practice in VA is required.
