Duties:

Perform head-to-toe assessments on medical-surgical and telemetry patients. Monitor and document vital signs, physical condition, and symptoms. Assess changes in patient condition and respond promptly Recognize and respond to cardiac changes and initiate emergency response when needed. Communicate findings with physicians and care team. #
