Our nurses in thisdepartment care for postpartum moms, newborns, post op GYNpatients, and occasional a ntepartum patients ( such as hyperemesis or p yelonephritis ) . Additionally, these nurses attenddeliveries, provide 1:1 care for infants requiring additionalsupport and prepare infants for transfer when a higher level ofcare is required . Qualifications:

Qualifications and requirements Applicants shouldhave a current VA (or Multi-state) RN license and possess a nursingdegree from an accredited nursing school ( Bachelor’s degreepreferred).

Additional requirements include:

American HeartAssociation Basic Life Support Experience in clinical areapreferred
