• $20,000 sign-on bonus eligibility forfull-time, bedside RNs
• $4 Shift differential (2 nd shift &evenings), $1 shift differential (weekends)

• Professional development and growth opportunitiesDepartment/Unit Summary 4A is a 12-bed unit with a 1:5-6 nurse topatient ratio.

We care for post-operative patients including spinesurgery, orthopedics, adult ENT, abdominal, thoracic, vascular, andurology cases. We also see general medical patients. 4A is uniquein that it is a small, close-knit department, where nurses andphysicians work well together to achieve our common goals. We havephysical room for growth, and hope to expand our capacity as wegrow our surgical services in the future! Qualifications:

Applicants should have acurrent VA (or Multi-state) RN license and possess a nursing degreefrom an accredited nursing school (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Additional requirements include:

• American Heart Association BasicLife Support
• Experience in clinical area preferred
• AmericanHeart Association ACLS within 6 months of hire
