• Professional development and growth opportunities Department/Unit Summary 12 hour shifts Every 3 rd weekend required 14 bed unit Performs plan of care intervention, including medicationadministration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, as wellas other medical care treatment.
• Documents patient care given.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition asappropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Assists patients with performing activities of daily living,including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, andambulation.
• Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patientcare, including patient transfer, discharge, referral andspiritual/psychosocial support needs.
