• Professional development and growth opportunities Department/Unit Summary 12 hour shifts ( mid shifts also available) 2 plus years experience needed for unit Every other weekend required Performs plan of care intervention, including medicationadministration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, as wellas other medical care treatment.

Documents patient care given. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition asappropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family. Assists patients with performing activities of daily living,including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, andambulation. Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patientcare, including patient transfer, discharge, referral andspiritual/psychosocial support needs. Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being ofthe patient.
