Travel We are seeking a compassionate andskilled Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated nightshift team. The Telemetry Unit provides specialized care forpatients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and closeobservation. This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in afast-paced, technology-driven environment and is committed todelivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vitalsigns using telemetry equipment.
• Provide direct nursing care topatients with cardiac and medical conditions.
• Administermedications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members todevelop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patientsand families on diagnoses, procedures, and post-discharge care.
• Document all care provided accurately and timely in the electronichealth record (EHR).
• Respond to emergencies and initiateappropriate interventions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportiveenvironment in compliance with hospital policies and regulatorystandards.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse(RN) license in the state of North Carolina.
• BLS and ACLScertifications required (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Minimumof 2 years
• Strong cardiac monitoring and clinical assessmentskills.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamworkabilities.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, includingweekends and holidays as scheduled.
