Position Summary:
The ICU RN providesdirect and indirect patient care utilizing the nursing process ofassessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Meets thephysical, psychosocial, religious/cultural and needs of the patientand family. Communicates effectively with all members of the healthcare team as appropriate about changes in the patient’s conditionor response to treatment. Basic PC skills.
Qualifications:
MinimumQualifications:
Minimum Education Associate degree is required.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Required Licenses:
Registered Nursein North Carolina is required (or compact state)
RequiredCertification:
BLS required ACLS is required within 6 months ofhire
Other:
1 year of experience in a health care setting ispreferred
