Responsibilities:

Change the lives of our patients/residents and atthe same time enjoy the rewards of fully knowing yourpatients/residents and their families as a Registered Nurse – RN.You will provide care for a variety of patients/residents with anarray of complex diagnoses leading to enhanced knowledge and skillsin many different areas. Position Highlights

• Perform nursingassessments and collaborate with the nursing team, otherdisciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans ofcare.
• Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-term patientgoals with interventions put in place as needs arise to minimizerehospitalizations and continued evaluation of outcomes.
• Administer medications and performs treatments per physicianorders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff andsupervise them to ensure that tasks and interventions areimplemented.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staffand between shifts.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of anapproved school of nursing and currently licensed by the StateBoard of Nursing
• CPR Certification is required
