PositionSummary:
The ICU RN provides direct and indirect patient care utilizing thenursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, andevaluation. Meets the physical, psychosocial, religious/culturaland needs of the patient and family. Communicates effectively withall members of the health care team as appropriate about changes inthe patient’s condition or response to treatment. Basic PC skills.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Education Associate degree is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Required Licenses:
Registered Nurse in North Carolina is required (or compactstate)
Required Certification:
BLS required ACLS is required within 6 months of hire
Other:
1 year of experience in a health care setting is preferred
