Gulf, NC Job Overview:
A dedicated healthcare facility is looking for an RN Clinical Quality Coordinator to support and manage quality initiatives related to disease-specific programs such as Heart Failure and Stroke. This position will lead certification efforts, track quality metrics, and support clinical staff through education and performance improvement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee activities related to disease-specific certifications and compliance Monitor, collect, and present quality improvement data Coordinate interdepartmental collaboration for accreditation readiness Educate and guide staff on standards and quality metrics Participate in patient rounds and provide feedback for care enhancement Lead quality outreach and community education efforts
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state At least 2-3 years of hospital-based nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Heart Failure Nursing preferred
