A respected medical center is hiring an experienced RN to provide surgical nursing care. This role supports operating room efficiency, patient safety, and clinical excellence in a collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with surgical procedures and patient preparation Monitor intraoperative patient conditions and intervene when necessary Ensure compliance with sterile techniques and standards Communicate effectively with the care team Support post-op patient education and recovery
Requirements:
Associate degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred Valid RN license in NC or a compact state BLS certification required Other certifications may be needed by department
Preferred Qualifications:
One year of prior OR or hospital experience preferred
