A dynamic healthcare facility is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the operating room team. This role offers the opportunity to provide expert surgical nursing care, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for both patients and clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver skilled perioperative nursing care to surgical patients Support surgeons and anesthesiologists throughout procedures Uphold strict infection control and patient safety standards Prepare surgical instruments and maintain a sterile field Assist with patient recovery and discharge education
Requirements:
Associate degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred Active RN license valid in North Carolina or compact states Current BLS certification required Additional certifications may be needed depending on department
