Bear Creek, NC Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Registered Nurse to join the surgical services team in a dynamic operating room environment. This position supports surgical procedures across various specialties and ensures that each patient receives the highest standard of care before, during, and after surgery.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, evidence-based perioperative care Prepare operating rooms, equipment, and instruments for surgical procedures Collaborate with surgical teams to promote optimal outcomes Monitor patients’ status and respond promptly to clinical changes Document interventions and patient responses accurately Support patient education and recovery guidance
Requirements:
Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred Valid RN license in North Carolina or compact licensure BLS certification required upon hire Other relevant certifications may be required depending on specialty
Preferred Qualifications:
At least one year of experience in a clinical or surgical setting
