Assumes charge nurse responsibilities as assigned. Knowledge,Skills, and Abilities Demonstrates positive interpersonal skills.

Verbal and written skills required. Demonstrates effectiveorganizational and leadership skills. Is knowledgeable of theage-specific physiological, psychosocial, developmental, andspiritual needs of the patients typically served. Speech andauditory acuity for communication of patient needs. Visual acuityfor observation of patients. Much standing, walking, bending, andlifting. Position may involve skin, eye, mucous membrane, orparenteral contact with blood or other potentially infectiousmaterial. Qualification Required Licenses and Certifications RN
