Laser Responsibilities:
Perform all laser hair removal treatments within Milan Laser established treatment protocols and procedures Educate patients on laser hair removal process and pre/post treatment care recommendations Work autonomously with clients to achieve their medical or aesthetic hair free goals Collaborate with the clinic team to achieve company goals Provide a friendly and comfortable environment by delivering world class patient care Record clear and accurate medical documentation in patients EMR on a tablet device Ensure a professional clean work environment; to include prepping the treatment room in between patients Clean and perform minor maintenance on the laser to ensure proper functionality Collaborate with Clinical Support Nurse and Medical Management Specialists, as needed, regarding patient treatment plans
Requirements:
Active, unencumbered RN license Out of state travel for training may be required Passionate about providing excellent patient care Ability to work full-time, including rotating Saturdays. Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written Ability to maintain highly confidential information Be able to stand for up to 9 hours a day Be able to lift up to 50 pounds Be able to visually assess the client’s skin and use visual abilities while operating the laser Be able to operate a laser and computer/office machinery (required use of hands, fingers, arms)
