Full Job Description Job Overview:
Join a patient-centered team providing excellent surgical care. This RN position focuses on ensuring patient comfort and safety through all stages of surgical treatment, while working in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support surgeons and anesthesiologists during procedures Perform thorough patient assessments and documentation Promote adherence to sterile technique and patient safety standards Prepare and maintain operating room equipment and supplies Educate patients on post-operative care as needed
Requirements:
Associate degree in Nursing required; BSN a plus Valid RN license in NC or compact licensure BLS certification required Other certifications may be necessary depending on department
Preferred Qualifications:
One year of relevant clinical experience preferred
