In this role, you will care for patients transitioning from intensive care who require close monitoring but not ICU-level support.
Key Responsibilities:
Continuously monitor patient vitals and conditions, responding promptly to any changes or complications. Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized patient care plans effectively. Educate patients and families on treatment regimens, recovery processes, and discharge planning. Create accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions provided, and outcomes achieved in medical records systems.
