Flexible Schedule Description:

Are you a Nurse Practitioner seeking a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make a difference in patients’ lives? Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Per Diem NP to conduct home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage plan members in Thomasville, NCand surrounding DavidsonCounty. (Midway, Denton and Wallburg) This is a great opportunity for a compassionate and independent NP to work on-site with patients in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive annual home health risk assessments (45 minutes average). Evaluate patients’ medical history, conditions, and medications. Educate patients on health conditions and medications. Identify gaps in care and provide recommendations. No creation of treatment plans or prescribing medications required.

Work Schedule:

Flexible! Create your own schedule with shifts available Monday-Sunday. Minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment.

Qualifications:

NCNurse Practitioner License. Current CPR certification (BLS).

Preferred:

6 months of current NP experience.

Required:

Board Certification through AANP or

ANCC. MSN

degree from an accredited school of nursing.
