Work Performed Coordinate with the nursing staff to identifypatient care problems,toimplement approaches to these probl ems andto evaluate theeffectiveness of the approaches.

Perform clinicalevaluations andmake clinical judgments based on a synthesis ofconcepts, principles,models and theories to solve complexproblems.
