Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments toensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care whenneeded. Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them withcomplex patient needs and inquiries. Celebrate victories andmilestones achieved by our patients. Qualifications Valid RNlicensures as required by state regulations. CPR certification(ACLS preferred). CRRN certification preferred. One year ofexperience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
