Job Summary Our Nurseswork in collaborative environments with strong interdisciplinaryteams, focused on a patient centered care model in a richly diversework space. Under the direction and general supervision of theNurse Manager, the registered nurse utilizes evidence basedpractices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act, policiesand procedures of the hospital and as directed by the medicalstaff. The registered nurse who through knowledge and ability usesthe nursing process to develop a plan of care which includesstandards of practice to meet the physical, emotional spiritual,cultural and educational needs of the patient and family.

Qualifications BSN (preferred) Current RN license in state ofConnecticut Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high volumeenvironment. Self-directed in the management of patient care.
