Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, and monitoring vital signs Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans Conduct physical assessments and document patient symptoms, medical history, and treatment progress Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures Perform procedures such as venipuncture, gastric lavage, and wound care Utilize ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation and billing purposes Utilize Epic or other electronic health record systems for patient charting and communication Wound care and preventative skin care Measurement of wounds and documentation
Qualifications:
