Electronic Job Description:

As a PCU/Stepdown RN, you’ll care forpatients who are critically ill but stable enough to leave the ICU.You’ll monitor telemetry, administer complex medications, andrespond quickly to changes in patient condition—all while playing akey role in patient recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor andassess patients with high acuity needs
• Interpret and respond tocardiac telemetry and vital signs
• Administer medications, manageIV drips, and maintain care plans
• Collaborate with physicians andcare teams to ensure safe, effective treatment
• Documentinterventions and patient progress accurately and promptly

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Compact license preferred)
• BLSand ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1-2 years of recent PCU,Stepdown, or Telemetry experience
• Strong cardiac rhythminterpretation and critical thinking skills
