We’re looking for an experienced and business-savvy Nurse Practitioner to help lead and scale our med spa services. This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking for a side job to add to what they already have coming in.

We need someone who: Is ready to jump in and immediately perform injections confidently Is proficient in Jelly Roll Tox and under-eye filler Comfortable working independently in the absence of an MD on-site Is open to training and mentoring staff Has a strong business mindset and marketing skills Wants to grow with the company and take the lead in the medspa department Has the confidence and leadership skills to collaborate closely with the Medical Director and executive team to scale our services

Responsibilities:

Administer injectables, fillers, and aesthetic procedures with confidence Perform IV therapy, wellness injections, and non-invasive treatments Support development of treatment protocols and new service offerings Help train and guide spa staff Actively participate in marketing, outreach, and business strategy Collaborate with MD and leadership team to grow and scale medspa services Maintain accurate and professional patient documentation

Qualifications:

MSN, NP-C or AGNP-C with active North Carolina license 2+ years of clinical experience, preferably in a medspa or aesthetic setting Proven experience with injectables, specifically Jelly Roll Tox and under-eye filler Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Background in business/marketing is a strong plus Professional liability insurance required
