Responsibilities:

Follow a designated care plan inaccordance with patient’s needs Perform assigned duties, includingadministration of medication, wound care, treatments, andprocedures Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors’orders Accurately document observations, interventions, andevaluations pertaining to client care management and servicesprovided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tabletQualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN): A current license as aRegistered Nurse in NC. Graduation from an accredited and approvednursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.

Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medicalrecords (EMR) preferred. Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
