Lic/Certs:

Must be proficient withOASIS assessments, no exceptions. BLS, Registered Nurse License,Driver’s License, Auto Insurance. /n /n

• One years’experience as a RN, at least 6 months recent Home Health experiencerequired/n/t
• Current RN License/n/t
• Current BLSCertification/n/t
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’slicense/n/t
• Must have valid auto insurance/n/t
• Othercertifications or licenses may be required for this position/n/t
• Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonalcommunication skills, ability to read/comprehend writteninstructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills/n/t

• Physical Abilities:

  Remain in a stationary position, move about,move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending./n /n/nRequired Essential Skills /n/n /n/t
