This office services our adult andgeriatric clients on a per visit basis throughout Caswell,Granville, Nash, Person, Vance, and Warren counties . Responsibilities:

Follow a designated care plan inaccordance with patient’s needs Perform assigned duties, includingadministration of medication, wound care, treatments, andprocedures Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors’orders Accurately document observations, interventions, andevaluations pertaining to client care management and servicesprovided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tabletQualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN): A current license as aRegistered Nurse in North Carolina. A minimum of one year ofrecent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience. Priorhome care experience strongly preferred, but not required.

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, asindicated by school transcript or diploma. Solid computer skills;prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.

Ability to travel to cases as assigned. As an accredited,regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider,BAYADA complies with all state/local mandates.
