We’re hiringboard-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct In-homeHealth Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certaincommercial plan members. Conduct in-home visits that focus on aperson’s overall health and well-being and identify potentialbarriers to care Earn up to $2,500 to $4,000 each week (Average 6-9visits daily, base rate of $80 per completed assessment) Increaseyour per-visit rate up to 135% or 200% (depending on workingcounties) with our Market Multiplier• Medicaid License orwillingness to enroll (with our support) strongly preferred Earnadditional compensation via our pay-per-test model (for visitswhere the health plan member qualifies to receive additionaldiagnostic and preventive tests) Shifts available Monday – Sunday(no nights/weekends required) Short-Term or Long-Term basisPre-scheduled visit in-home w/ health plan members Airfare, Hotel,and Rental Car available (depending on eligibility) Malpracticecoverage Availability Incentives (based on weekly availability)Independent Contractor, 1099 status Flexible Schedule State LicenseRequired These visits include a medication and medical historyreview and a physical evaluation performed in a health planmember’s home. Our NP contractors can earn a competitive wage (orsupplement their current income) while managing other personal andclinical commitments. You will be provided a pre-populated,patient-specific form for each evaluation and do not prescribemedicine, order lab tests, or alter people’s current treatmentregimen.
