What You’ll Do:

For Both RNs and LPNs:

Accurately record patient medical histories Take and monitor vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc.) Observe patient condition, progress, and medication side effects Assist with activities of daily living (eating, bathing, dressing, etc.) Administer medications, injections, and basic care Dress wounds, collect lab samples, and maintain documentation Offer emotional and psychological support to residents and families Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams Communicate effectively with patients’ families and caregivers

Requirements:

LPNs:

Current LPN license in the state of NC Previous LPN experience preferred Knowledge of nursing standards, safety, and sanitation

RNs:

Completion of accredited RN program + valid NC RN license Experience as a Registered Nurse preferred Competency in comprehensive clinical care For All Nurses (LPN & RN): Strong teamwork and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data entry Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to effectively communicate and complete required tasks, including training and documentation. !
