Epic Full Job Description RN Rehab Greensboro NC Shift:

Night 3×12-Hour (19:00

• 07:00) 13 weeks contract Acute Care Rehab experience required.
• BLS
• EPIC
• Interpretation of laboratory results, Medication reconciliation, Patient Health Questionnaire History Allergies, Vital Signs
• Blood Pressure, Respirations, Temperature, Pulse
• Dressing Change, Set up aseptic /sterile procedure trays
• Capillary, Labeling of specimens, Throat, Urine
• UA Clean Catch, Phlebotomy
• Telephone Triage, Pharmacy calls/patient refill requests

Total Pay:

$1800.00 Break down pay Non-taxable stipend: $580.00 Taxable pay: $720.00 Blended Hourly rate: $50.00 Blended OT rate: $60.00
