Working under general supervision, this role promotes professionalnursing practice by coordinating patient care through the nursingprocess and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities:
•-Reviews patient needsand conditions to deliver nursing care in assigned unit to ensurethat every patient receives the direct and proper careneeded.
Analyzes patient information, including medical history,diagnostic results, and current condition, to developindividualized nursing care plans.
Prepares nursing processes, suchas medication administration and treatments to providecomprehensive and effective patient care.
Reconciles medical recordsto ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards andorganizational policies.
Evaluates patient response to interventionsand identifies any additional interventions needed to meet definedgoals of care.
Collaborates with interdisciplinary care team toensure effective care planning.
Performs other duties as assigned.
