Job Description:

The Registered Nurse (RN) Per Diem provides high-quality patientcare and applies nursing knowledge to ensure effective medical careand positive patient outcomes on a per diem basis. While workingunder close supervision, this role works collaboratively with thehealthcare team and seeks guidance from senior medicalprofessionals to address challenging circumstances to ensureoptimal patient care on designated daily shifts.

Talent Pool:

NursingAssists in conducting patient assessments, examinations, andtreatments to contribute to comprehensive and personalized patientcare on a day-to-day basis.

Supports the analysis of patient data toguide medical decisions, treatment plans, and interventions.

Helpsimplement prescribed medical interventions and treatments to ensurestrict adherence to protocols and promote patientsafety.

Collaborates with the interdisciplinary healthcare team tofacilitate communication and coordination of care to improvepatient outcomes.

Seeks guidance and advice from senior medicalprofessionals on complex patient situations and challenginghealthcare circumstances to ensure optimal patient care.

Performsother duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

Required:

Associate’s Degree in

NursingPreferred:

Bachelors Degree in Nursing

EXPERIENCE

Required:

1year as a Registered Nurse with 1 year in a clinical specialty asdefined by ANCC or national nursingorganizations

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING

Required:
